Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including the tracking and monitoring of all transportation activities.
Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate transportation rates and contracts, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery processes.
Implement and optimize logistical processes to ensure timely delivery while minimizing operational costs.
Manage inventory and warehouse operations to maximize storage efficiency and minimize discrepancies.
Work closely with the sales and production teams to support their logistical needs and meet customer delivery expectations.
Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance logistics performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations coordination or supply chain management, preferably in a luxury goods or related industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.
Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound operational decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and external partners.
