About the Role: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and delightful experience for our clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams within ITU to deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement and sales opportunities

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-centric role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry

- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
