We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join the Fraunhofer Institute for Electron Beam and Plasma Technology in Saxony, Germany. Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of materials testing procedures to ensure quality and performance
  • Staying updated on industry advancements and trends for materials engineering and sustainability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in materials engineering, including a focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly materials
  • Strong understanding of electron beam and plasma technology, with a focus on their applications in material development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus)
