About the Role:

As a Cultural Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of fostering cultural understanding and diversity within our media outreach and advertising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing culturally relevant content, identifying strategic partnerships with multicultural communities, and ensuring that our content reflects the richness and nuance of diverse perspectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our creative team to develop inclusive advertising and media campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences
Identify and establish partnerships with community organizations and multicultural groups to promote our initiatives
Contribute to the creation of engaging and culturally sensitive content for various media platforms
Assist in organizing cultural events and initiatives that celebrate diversity and inclusivity
Research and stay current on multicultural audience trends and behaviors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, Cultural Studies, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in community engagement, cultural initiatives, or related fields
Strong understanding of multicultural dynamics and the ability to work effectively across diverse communities
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for culturally relevant storytelling
Passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through media and advertising
