We are seeking a passionate individual to join our innovative team at Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró a Mallorca as a Creative Curator.

As a Creative Curator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and curating exhibitions, programs, and events that celebrate and explore the intersection of art, culture, and creativity. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and collaborating with artists and designers, and conceptualizing engaging and thought-provoking experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and curate innovative and immersive art experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Cultivate relationships with emerging and established artists, designers, and creative visionaries.
Champion the foundation's mission by contributing to the design and presentation of exhibitions and events that honor the dynamic legacy of Pilar i Joan Miró.
Contribute to the development of educational and outreach initiatives that promote art appreciation and creative expression.
Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the successful implementation of exhibition projects with a keen eye for aesthetic and design details.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in curatorial work, exhibition design, and project management within a cultural or artistic institution.
A deep passion for fostering creativity, cultural dialogue, and artistic innovation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to connect with a diverse range of artists and artistic perspectives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution.
A holistic understanding of contemporary art and design practices combined with a forward-thinking approach towards engaging audiences and creating meaningful experiences.
