TTS Tooltechnic Systems Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Compliance Analyst. As part of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's operations adhere to all necessary regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance compliance.
Collaborating with various departments to assess and address legal and compliance issues.
Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
Assisting in the development of compliance training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
