As a Digital Engagement Specialist at the Kalmar Mental Health Association, you will be at the forefront of leveraging technology to connect with our community, drive social change, and advocate for mental health awareness. You will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence and engaging audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to enhance our online visibility and impact.
  • Create compelling and innovative content to share our mission and initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent and authentic communication with our audience.
  • Analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns and digital outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement digital campaigns for mental health advocacy and awareness.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and tools to enhance our digital footprint and influence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering meaningful connections and partnerships in the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital engagement principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics and insights.
  • Passionate about mental health advocacy and creating positive social impact.
