Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be key in fostering lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized support
Actively promote products and drive sales through effective communication
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
Ensure the store maintains a welcoming and immaculate environment
Participate in inventory management and assist with restocking as necessary

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Proficiency in Finnish and English is advantageous
