We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join Plastic Free Ibiza & Formentera as a Regional Development Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a driving force in our mission to promote sustainable and eco-friendly practices throughout the Balearic Islands.
As the Regional Development Manager, you will play a crucial part in expanding our footprint while maintaining the highest level of service and brand integrity. You will work closely with local businesses and stakeholders to drive forward our vision of a plastic-free future.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and development within the region
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to our brand standards and values
- Provide training and support to new partners to ensure alignment with our mission
- Collaborate with the central team to develop regional marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a plastic-free future
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed within the region
