We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Cultural Engagement Coordinator

Job Description:

Organize and facilitate cultural events and outreach programs within our community.
Collaborate with local organizations to promote cultural diversity and foster mutual understanding.
Develop initiatives to engage diverse demographics with a focus on inclusivity.
Implement strategies to support the aging adult population in our region through culturally relevant activities.
Evaluate the impact of programs on cultural awareness and community involvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Experience in event coordination, community engagement, or cultural programming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by aging adults in diverse cultural settings.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
