We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Cultural Engagement Coordinator
Job Description:
- Organize and facilitate cultural events and outreach programs within our community.
- Collaborate with local organizations to promote cultural diversity and foster mutual understanding.
- Develop initiatives to engage diverse demographics with a focus on inclusivity.
- Implement strategies to support the aging adult population in our region through culturally relevant activities.
- Evaluate the impact of programs on cultural awareness and community involvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or related field.
- Experience in event coordination, community engagement, or cultural programming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by aging adults in diverse cultural settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
