Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control systems to enhance production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Effective communication and leadership abilities
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus
