Job Description:

Cárnicas Dompal, a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Extremadura, Spain.

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing a team of sales associates, monitoring sales performance, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service by training and motivating staff
Develop and implement merchandising plans to optimize product placement and maximize sales
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Fluency in Spanish and English
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
