The Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of veterans and their families. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to support veterans
Organize and execute outreach events to connect with veterans and their families
Provide information about available services and resources to veterans in need
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of outreach efforts
Contribute to the development of outreach strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in community engagement, outreach, or similar roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for serving and supporting veterans and their families
