We are currently looking for a Creative Solutions Strategist to join our visionary team in Asturias, Spain. As a Creative Solutions Strategist, you will be the driving force behind developing innovative approaches to connect our exceptional lubrication products with our target audience. Through your strategic vision, you will positively impact our branding, marketing, and communication strategies in the most dynamic and effective ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative advertising and marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals
Create compelling content and campaigns that captivate and engage our audience, using a variety of media
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity
Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to continually refine our creative approaches
Evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing creative advertising and marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into compelling campaigns and content
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
