In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our harvesting operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all harvest activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance overall harvest efficiency.
- Collaborate with farm managers and agricultural specialists to implement best practices.
- Lead and supervise a team to achieve production goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Handle administrative tasks related to harvest operations, such as record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
