We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team at JSE Limited in Gauteng, South Africa as a Health and Wellness Specialist. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting physical well-being and healthy lifestyles within our workplace community.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs for employees
Evaluate individuals' fitness levels and health conditions to develop personalized exercise programs
Provide guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, and overall well-being
Create and conduct group fitness classes and workshops
Offer one-on-one consultations to address specific health and fitness goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or wellness coaching
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering health and wellness programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting healthy lifestyle choices and behavior change
