Position: Eco-Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout the brewery, minimizing energy consumption and waste production.
Evaluate and optimize the brewery's environmental footprint through innovative initiatives and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable strategies into all aspects of brewing operations.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with industry environmental standards and regulations.
Research and recommend alternative energy sources and eco-friendly materials for brewery processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in implementing energy efficiency and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in environmental management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
