About the Role:

As a Cultural Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing cultural understanding and appreciation within our school community. Your role will involve developing and coordinating multicultural programs, events, and activities that promote cross-cultural engagement and mutual understanding. You will collaborate with students, faculty, and local organizations to create enriching experiences that celebrate diversity and broaden horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cultural awareness initiatives and educational programs
Foster partnerships with diverse communities and organizations
Create and manage events that celebrate cultural traditions
Collaborate with educators to infuse global perspectives into the curriculum
Mentor and support students from multicultural backgrounds

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in cultural studies, education, or related field
Demonstrated experience in multicultural programming or diversity education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusion
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
