Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and passionate Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the well-being and health-related aspects of our community members. Your primary focus will be on promoting a holistic approach to health, ensuring that all individuals in our community have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to the diverse needs of our community members
Coordinate health education workshops, seminars, and events
Manage health-related initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall well-being of our community
Collaborate with external healthcare providers to facilitate access to medical services and resources
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of health and wellness initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Act as a point of contact for individuals seeking health-related guidance and support
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or related field
Proven experience in developing and managing health and wellness programs
Strong understanding of holistic health and wellness practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
