Position: Field Operations Manager

Location: Texas (multiple locations)

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee operations for large-scale community events, including local sports competitions, health and wellness expos, and outdoor festivals.
Collaborate with local organizations, public agencies, and sports clubs to promote Sunoco's involvement in active living and community engagement programs.
Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across multiple locations.
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorships to maximize Sunoco's impact on community events.
Provide leadership and support to a team of event coordinators and operations staff.
Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance future events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, operations, or related field.
Demonstrated understanding of sports marketing, event logistics, and community outreach.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, along with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed.
