We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Research and Analysis Specialist to join the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support evidence-based decision-making in various infrastructure projects across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, demographics, and economic indicators
Develop and implement data collection methodologies
Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify patterns and trends
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in data analysis and research
Proficiency in statistical software and database management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
