We are currently seeking a Multicultural Agricultural Development Manager to lead and drive our initiatives in enriching and expanding the agricultural and rural sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural and rural communities
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate diverse agricultural investment opportunities
- Collaborate with local and multicultural organizations to promote agricultural inclusivity
- Implement strategies to support diverse agricultural and rural businesses
- Provide expert insight on agricultural and rural market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics or related field
- Proven experience in agricultural or rural development
- Strong understanding of multicultural practices and diverse community engagement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel and engage with rural communities
- Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages is an advantage
