We are currently seeking a Multicultural Agricultural Development Manager to lead and drive our initiatives in enriching and expanding the agricultural and rural sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural and rural communities
Identify, evaluate, and initiate diverse agricultural investment opportunities
Collaborate with local and multicultural organizations to promote agricultural inclusivity
Implement strategies to support diverse agricultural and rural businesses
Provide expert insight on agricultural and rural market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics or related field
Proven experience in agricultural or rural development
Strong understanding of multicultural practices and diverse community engagement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel and engage with rural communities
Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages is an advantage
