Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute immersive projects that reflect the rich mix of cultures in New York City
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with artists, performers, and influencers from diverse backgrounds
Lead initiatives to showcase cultural expression through a range of multimedia platforms
Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling visual and written content that celebrates diversity
Drive engagement and participation in cultural events and initiatives throughout the city
Contribute to the shaping of citywide cultural strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in producing cultural events, multimedia content, or related creative projects
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering collaborative partnerships within diverse communities
An understanding of current trends and sensibilities in the cultural and artistic landscape
Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
