We are seeking dynamic individuals to join the Lombardy Foundation for Research on Transportation (FLIRTR) as Creative Project Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creative talents to the field of transportation research and make a meaningful impact on society.

As a Creative Project Specialist at FLIRTR, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually engaging projects that contribute to the advancement of transportation methods and infrastructure. Your role will involve working closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to visually communicate complex ideas and data.

We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for innovative problem-solving. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to transform technical concepts into visually stimulating materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate technical information into visually compelling graphics and design elements
Develop creative visuals for research publications, presentations, and marketing materials
Contribute to the creation of interactive and user-friendly design solutions for transportation-related applications
Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to ensure FLIRTR's projects remain innovative and impactful

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in managing design projects from concept to completion
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
