Key Responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative strategies
Establish and nurture partnerships with external organizations
Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Proven experience in project management and innovation implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
