We are currently looking for a Wildlife Research and Innovation Specialist who will be responsible for spearheading groundbreaking initiatives in animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and innovative research methodologies. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's research direction and driving impactful change in the lives of animals and the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct wildlife research projects that are focused on conservation and animal welfare
- Develop new methodologies and technologies to advance animal research, conservation, and welfare efforts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize research methodologies and implement cutting-edge solutions
- Lead and execute innovative projects that align with the organization's objectives and mission
- Stay abreast of new developments in the field and integrate the latest research findings into our programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related scientific field (e.g., biology, zoology, wildlife ecology) or equivalent experience
- Proven background in wildlife research and conservation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive innovation in research and methodology
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate research initiatives
