As a Senior Environmental Analyst at LabCorp, you will play a critical role in ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability across our operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments and analyses to identify potential areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental risks and enhance sustainability practices within our facilities and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Keep abreast of evolving environmental regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead environmental audit processes and drive corrective action plans as needed.
Communicate environmental performance metrics and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Champion a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental analysis, compliance, or related roles.
Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations, environmental impact assessment methodologies, and sustainability best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex environmental data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving environmental initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Professional certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or similar credentials are a plus.
