Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable urban and peri-urban agricultural initiatives
Facilitate community engagement and capacity building programs
Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and address rural development challenges
Conduct research on best practices in sustainable agriculture and rural development
Facilitate knowledge sharing and support policy development initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the impact of agricultural and rural development projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Management, or related fields
Proven experience in sustainable agricultural and rural development projects
Strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural setting
Proficiency in project management and report writing
