Responsibilities:

Research and develop sustainable farming practices
Collaborate with local farmers to implement eco-friendly agricultural techniques
Evaluate and recommend environmentally conscious solutions for crop management
Provide training and support to farmers on sustainable agricultural methods
Conduct field assessments to monitor the impact of sustainable practices
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable agriculture

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
Demonstrated experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
Strong understanding of ecological principles and their application in agriculture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting environmentally friendly farming practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
