Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies for audience development and artistic outreach programs.
Cultivate collaborations with local artists, institutions, and communities to enrich the cultural tapestry of Indiana.
Curate engaging pre-concert discussions and backstage experiences that deepen audience connection with the orchestra and its performances.
Shape educational initiatives that inspire the next generation of music enthusiasts and performers.
Contribute to the creative planning and execution of special events, festivals, and artistic projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Music, Arts Management, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in event coordination, audience development, or cultural programming.
Proven passion for and knowledge of classical music, with a keen understanding of contemporary audience trends.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on fostering diverse community engagement.
Strong organizational abilities and a creative mindset with an eye for detail.
