Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and understanding between employees from different cultural backgrounds
- Organize multicultural events and initiatives to celebrate diversity within the workplace
- Implement strategies to promote a multicultural and inclusive work environment
- Work closely with management to develop and update company policies that promote diversity and inclusion
- Provide training and resources to ensure all employees understand and respect cultural differences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in multicultural relations, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in promoting diversity and multicultural understanding within a corporate setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in a second language is highly desirable
