Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication and understanding between employees from different cultural backgrounds
Organize multicultural events and initiatives to celebrate diversity within the workplace
Implement strategies to promote a multicultural and inclusive work environment
Work closely with management to develop and update company policies that promote diversity and inclusion
Provide training and resources to ensure all employees understand and respect cultural differences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in multicultural relations, human resources, or a related field
Proven experience in promoting diversity and multicultural understanding within a corporate setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficient in a second language is highly desirable
