Position: Outdoor Adventure Specialist

We are in search of an Outdoor Adventure Specialist to curate and lead immersive experiences tailored to our guests' interests. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting unique excursions that highlight the breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Vestland. Your role will involve developing and organizing outdoor activities, engaging with local communities, and ensuring that our guests have an authentic and unforgettable journey during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead outdoor excursions, such as hiking, skiing, and wildlife expeditions
Collaborate closely with local experts to create authentic cultural experiences
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and customize activities accordingly
Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout their outdoor adventures
Promote sustainable and responsible travel practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings based on guest feedback

Qualifications:

Prior experience in outdoor guiding or adventure tourism
Passion for environmental conservation and promoting sustainable tourism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Vestland's natural and cultural attractions
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
First aid and wilderness safety certification preferred
