Your Role: As a Hospitality Experience Specialist, you will be an ambassador for our brand, curating unique and memorable experiences for guests. Your responsibilities will include organizing and executing tailored excursions, conducting wine tastings, and ensuring a seamless and immersive visit for all who choose to explore the beauty of La Carraia.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate bespoke tours and activities showcasing the vineyard, winemaking process and local culture
Conduct guided wine tastings and educate guests on our range of exceptional wines
Collaborate with our team to continually enhance and innovate guest experiences and offerings
Ensure impeccable service standards, guaranteeing that guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
Contribute to the development of new hospitality initiatives, reflecting our commitment to excellence

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or related industry
Passion for Italian culture, wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in Italian (additional languages are a plus)
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new concepts and experiences
