As an Experience and Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional experiences for our users, translating creative concepts into compelling visuals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user needs and project requirements
Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive experiences, adhering to brand guidelines
Create visually stunning graphics and illustrations that enhance user engagement
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present and justify design decisions
