At Tillamook County Creamery Association, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our close-knit team as a Wildlife Habitat Conservation Specialist. Role: As a Wildlife Habitat Conservation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the preservation and enhancement of natural habitats within the company's operational areas. Your work will directly impact the well-being of wildlife and their ecosystems, ensuring a harmonious and sustainable coexistence between our operations and the animal kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wildlife conservation strategies on company grounds.
  • Collaborate with local wildlife organizations to support conservation efforts in the region.
  • Educate and engage employees in the importance of habitat preservation and wildlife cohabitation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of wildlife habitat conservation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in wildlife habitat conservation or related environmental work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for nature, wildlife, and sustainable environmental practices.
