We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our innovative and vibrant team at Rothaus Brauerei GmbH. As a key member of our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth opportunities and building successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities for expanding our presence
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to further our market reach and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
- Assess and manage risks associated with new ventures and expansion opportunities
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive intelligence to inform strategy development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise and chain partners
- Provide leadership in negotiations and structuring agreements to drive mutually beneficial partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of successfully driving business development and growth in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the beverage industry or related consumer goods industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve business challenges
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
