We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our dynamic team at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service in Queensland, Australia. We are looking for a Performance Enhancement Specialist to spearhead our innovative approach to health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement specialized training programs to optimize athletes' performance
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design tailored fitness plans for patients
Evaluate and analyze the impact of training and rehabilitation programs on clients' overall well-being
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports science and exercise physiology
Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering performance enhancement programs
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
