Legal Innovation Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic legal team at Change Healthcare, based in the vibrant state of Tennessee. As a Legal Innovation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our legal operations, pioneering innovative solutions and driving change in the legal landscape.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with legal and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within legal operations
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and strategies to enhance legal processes and efficiency
Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
Assist in the management and oversight of legal projects and initiatives
Provide guidance and support to legal teams on innovative legal initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in a legal or related industry
Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and change within legal operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
