Responsibilities:

Organize and manage outdoor events, including hiking excursions, camping trips, and nature exploration activities
Develop and implement innovative outdoor sports and leisure programs
Collaborate with local organizations to coordinate community sports and recreation initiatives
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote outdoor activities and events
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards for all outdoor activities
Provide guidance and support to individuals and groups engaging in outdoor activities
Contribute to the enhancement of customer experience in the outdoor department
Maintain outdoor equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and a genuine interest in the sports and leisure industry
Demonstrated experience in organizing outdoor events or coordinating recreational programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
First aid certification and knowledge of outdoor safety regulations (preferred)
