Position Available: Seafood Research Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive studies and analysis on seafood varieties, quality, and culinary applications
- Collaborate with local fishermen and seafood suppliers to source and assess the freshest catches

- Evaluate and recommend improvements in seafood storage and handling techniques
Requirements:
