Position: Experience Coordinator

As an Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in curating and delivering exceptional experiences for our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include designing and coordinating various cycling adventures, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that every visitor leaves with cherished memories of their time with us. Your innovative mindset will be crucial in creating new and captivating experiences that showcase the best that Gotlands län has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cycling tour packages tailored to different interests and skill levels
Coordinate with local partners to enhance the overall experience for our customers
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in planning their cycling adventures
Contribute creative ideas to enhance our current offerings and expand our range of experiences
Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our customers from booking to completion of their cycling adventures

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and exploration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and devise unique experiences
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus
Previous experience in event planning, tourism, or hospitality is highly desirable
