We, at Veneto Language Exchange, are seeking a dedicated and culturally attuned individual to join our expanding team. We are looking for a Cultural Engagement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and cultural exchange within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Engage with diverse communities to understand their language and cultural learning needs
Develop strategies to promote multilingual and multicultural engagement
Conduct outreach to potential partners and clients to promote our language and cultural exchange programs
Create and lead cultural events and workshops that celebrate diversity and language learning
Provide support to our clients in their language learning journey, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
Collaborate with our team to create marketing initiatives that promote cultural exchange programs

Requirements:

Passion for cultural diversity and language learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in community engagement or event coordination
Understanding of cultural nuances and an empathetic approach to diverse populations
Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
