As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable travel experience. Your main focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, assisting travelers with inquiries, providing information about local attractions, and offering personalized assistance to make their journey smooth and pleasant.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests with travel-related inquiries
Providing guidance on local tourist attractions, services, and amenities
Ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of public areas
Collaborating with airport staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience
Offering personalized assistance to individuals with specific needs or requests
Participating in training programs to continuously develop knowledge of local and regional tourism offerings

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience is an advantage
Fluency in English and Swedish, additional languages are a plus
A positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in travel, tourism, and local culture
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
