We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at the Council for Built Environment (CBE) in Gauteng, South Africa. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and engagement with stakeholders and the public, utilizing the latest communication technologies.

Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

Location: Gauteng, South Africa

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital communication strategies to increase CBE's online visibility and engagement.
Manage and curate content across various digital platforms to ensure consistency and relevancy.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital campaigns and drive meaningful interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative digital approaches.
Monitor and respond to online feedback, inquiries, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to the development of creative digital initiatives and campaigns.
Participate in the planning and execution of online events and activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, communications, or related roles.
Proven track record of managing and growing online communities and engagement.
Proficiency in utilizing social media, digital analytics, and content management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
