Position: Adventure Experience Specialist
Role Description:
- Design and execute outdoor adventure programs and experiences for visitors
- Provide guidance and support to guests in various outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and snowboarding
- Create and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests at all times
- Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance when necessary
- Work closely with the team to develop and enhance adventure-based offerings
- Contribute to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for outdoor activities and exploration
- Experience in outdoor guiding, adventure tourism, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and work as part of a team
- Certifications in outdoor leadership or relevant fields are a plus
