Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to drive business performance

- Develop and maintain financial models and reports

- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or operations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
