Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to drive business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are aligned with organizational goals
Develop and maintain financial models and reports
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or operations
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
CPA or CFA certification is a plus
