Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Research and propose innovative technologies, automation tools, and data-driven solutions to optimize our supply chain
Lead the implementation of supply chain enhancements and monitor their impact on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend and introduce state-of-the-art logistics solutions
Develop and maintain productive relationships with external vendors and technology partners to drive innovation and excellence in our supply chain operations
Analyze data to guide decision-making and continuously refine processes for maximum efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in innovative projects or roles with a focus on optimizing logistics or supply chain operations
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate innovative ideas into practical applications
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with multifunctional teams and external partners
Passion for staying ahead of the curve in logistics and transportation technologies
Highly adaptable, with a strong inclination toward embracing change and leading transformation
