Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Familiarity with German labor laws and regulations is a plus
