Position Overview:

The Production Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the optimization and efficiency of our production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing best practices for quality control and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize production processes to meet quality and output targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and maintain production equipment and facilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environment
Demonstrated knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proven track record of implementing process improvements
