We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in the Eastern Region of Iceland. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business operates within the legal framework and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

Conducting regular assessments of our operations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborating with internal teams to provide guidance on legal matters and compliance requirements.
Staying abreast of regulatory developments and advising the organization on necessary actions.
Acting as a liaison with regulatory authorities and overseeing any audits or investigations.
Providing training and support on compliance-related issues to employees at all levels.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our compliance program.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven work experience in regulatory compliance or a similar role.
